Adopt a resolution approving Site Plan Review No. 2008-02 as <br />conditioned. <br />Principal Planner Vince Fregoso presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />Written documentation provided by Sensor Development, Inc. dated July 24, <br />2008 from Bob Hunt regarding reciprocal parking agreement. <br />Commission discussion ensued regarding additional parking spaces, obtaining <br />approved contract from Santa Ana Unified School District (SAUSD), weekday <br />functions at church affecting parking, potential conflicts with sports leagues using <br />the Spurgeon parking lot on Sundays and consideration for shuttle service for <br />parking off-site. <br />No written communications were received. <br />Public Hearing opened. <br />Public comments: <br />Keith Hogan, adjacent business owner, spoke in support of the Church's efforts <br />to address the parking issue. <br />David Cox, adjacent property owner, voiced concerns with zoning, parking for <br />tenants who work on Sunday and the installation of median/traffic lights in <br />Fairview that removed a previous left-hand turn land; would like to petition to <br />regain left-turn lane. <br />Bob Hunt, adjacent business owner, requested reserved parking spaces in front <br />of the condo building for business owners working on Sunday. <br />Applicant Rudy Ortiz addressed midweek service attendance and children's <br />programs, downsizing services and service hours. <br />Public Hearing closed. <br />Commission Chair Leo made the following Motion: <br />MOTION: Recommend that the City Council: <br />1.
