RECOMMENDATION: <br />Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2008-35 as <br />conditioned. <br />Assistant Planner Octavio Silva presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />No written communications were received. Excuse of Absences <br />Commissioner Yrarrazaval made a motion to excuse the absence of <br />Commissioner Gartner. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Mill and <br />unanimously approved by a vote of 5:1. <br />6.
