2. Public Comments (for items not on the agenda) <br />Thomas Gordon expressed concerns with the condition of city streets and <br />allocation of funding. <br />STAFF AND COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />3. Staff Comments <br />No comments were made. <br />4. Planning Commission Comments <br />Vice Chair De La Torre recommended updating the city website with regard to <br />making information easier to access and possibly provide information in Spanish. <br />Commissioner Alderete expressed the need for good stewardship of funds to <br />deal with rehabilitation of streets. <br />Chair Leo <br />• Recommended to agendize a discussion regarding improvement of public <br />accessibility to Planning Commission meetings and documents. <br />• Agreed with Commissioner Alderete regarding condition of streets, <br />encouraged on-going efforts to inform the public. <br />• Recommended that the Public Works Agency address the synchronization <br />of the traffic lights in conjunction with the rehabilitation of the streets. <br />5. Excuse of Absences <br />Commissioner Betancourt moved to excuse the absence of Commissioner <br />Gartner. The motion was seconded by Chairman Leo and unanimously approved <br />by the Commission. <br />6.
