ITEM TAKEN OUT OF ORDER <br />F. HISTORIC PRESERVATION PROPERTY AGREEMENT NO. 2010-10 <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to execute a historic property preservation <br />agreement with Melvin and Catherine Ladd for the structure at 2127 North <br />Greenleaf Street (E. B. Smith House). <br />RECOMMENDED MOTION: <br />Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute the attached agreement with Melvin and Catherine Ladd, <br />property owners, for the structure located at 2127 North Greenleaf Street subject <br />to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />MOTION: <br />Due to lack of quorum with Commissioner Bustamante's absence and <br />Commissioner O'Callaghan's abstention, Historic Preservation Property <br />Agreement No. 2010-10 was continued to October 7, 2010 <br />MOTION: Rogers SECOND: Plascencia <br />AYES: Gartner, Hitterdale Plascencia Rogers (4) <br />NOES: None (0) - <br />ABSENT: Bustamante (1) - <br />ABSTAIN: O'Callaghan (1) <br />1.
