EXHIBIT F <br />MEMORANDUM OF LAND LEASE AGREEMENT <br />THIS MEMORANDUM OF LAND LEASE AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of <br />, 2010, by and between City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corpor tion organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ( "Lessor ") <br />and T- Mobile West Corporation, a Delaware corporation ( "Lessee "). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />That Lessor hereby leases to Lessee and Lessee hereby leases from Lessor a portion of that <br />certain real property (the "Property ") in the State of California, County of Orange, City of Santa Ana <br />commonly known as 4600 West Hazard Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92703, a legal description of which is <br />shown in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, under the terms and conditions <br />of the unrecorded Land Lease Agreement by and between Lessor and Lessee dated by Lessor <br />2010, and incorporated herein by reference (the "Agreement') for an initial term <br />of ten 10) years, commencing on the Commencement Date, as defined in the Agreement, and three (3) <br />subsequent optional extension terms of five (5) years each, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
