HUIZAR, Clerk of the Council <br />The following modifications to the Agenda were announced: <br />• City Attorney Fletcher announced that only items 1A and 1 B (City Council Items) <br />would not be considered at tonight's meeting. <br />• Mayor Pulido, Mayor Pro Tern Alvarez, and Councilmember Martinez excused <br />themselves from the meeting due to conflict of interests. Mayor Pro Tern Alvarez <br />noted a conflict of interest due to the nature of her employment with the District <br />Attorney's Office and Mayor Pulido and Councilmember Martinez abstained due <br />to campaign contributions.
