Grand Avenue. During the review of this project, <br />it was determined that a mitigated negative declaration would be required to meet the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act. As a result, staff has prepared a <br />Request for Proposal for environmental services for this project and has sent the document to <br />three qualified environmental firms (Exhibit 1).
