Contract documents call for reconstruction of pavement on St_ Andrews Place <br />between Broadway and Main Street using cement treated base process. Field <br />condition revealed that existing pavement is in better condition. To shorten the <br />construction time and reduce the residents inconvenience, grind and pave the <br />street is recommended_ This change order provides for grinding the street and <br />installing pavement fabric_ Contractor will not be paid the cost for cement treated <br />base process which is considered a net cost saving. Contractor shall be paid <br />according to the actual quantity of work and the agreed unit bid prices. <br />ESTIMATED COST =$'10,296
