The Planning Commission after conducting the public hearing hereby <br />approves for the property located at 2000 North Fairview Street: <br />1. Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Program, <br />Environmental Review No. 2008-180 is hereby approved and <br />certified for this Project. <br />2.
