Conditions for Approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 2008-27 <br />• ub'ect to com liance to the reasonable <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2008-27 is approved s ~ p , <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform <br />Building Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below rip or to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may <br />result in the revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />A. Planning Division <br />Prior to submittal into building plan check, submit a final architectural plan <br />for review and approval by the Planning Commission. Modibed by <br />Planning Commission on September 22, 2008 <br />2. Prior to submittal into building plan check, revise the site plan to depict the <br />location of bicycle racks. <br />• <br />3. Prior to submittal into building plan check, submit a final landscape plan <br />for review and approval by the Planning Commission. The plan shall <br />include details of the corner treatment at First Street and Harbor Boulevard. <br />Modified by Planning Commission on September 22, 2008 <br />4. Prior to submittal into building plan check, revise the site plan to depict <br />trash trucks and WB-30 trucks movements to the trash and loading areas <br />that do not interfere with the drive-through lane. <br />5. Prior to submittal into building plan check, revise the site plan to note all <br />existing signs are to be removed from the site and a new sign package is to <br />be submitted. <br />6. Prior to submittal into building plan check, revise the site plan to depict <br />decorative pavement treatments for the project driveway and pedestrian <br />circulation system.
