Conditions for Approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 2007-20 <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2007-20 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform <br />Building Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below rip or to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may <br />result in the revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. The applicant must comply with all conditions and requirements of the <br />Development Review Committee for the development project (DP No. <br />2007-23). <br />2. Any amendment to this conditional use permit must be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for review. At that time, staff will determine if <br />administrative relief is available or the conditional use permit must be <br />amended. <br />3. The proposed wireless facility designed as a broadleaf monotree shall be <br />constructed per the approved plans and the existing landscaping shall be <br />protected in place during the construction period on and around the <br />proposed facility. <br />4. The design specifications for amono-broadleaf are as follows and should <br />be added as a note to the working drawings: <br />a. The mono-broadleaf structure should be designed for a minimum of <br />two carriers. <br />b. The mono-broadleaf structure should have a sufficient branch count to <br />conceal the presence of all antennas. <br />c. Branch disbursement should be random so that longer branches and <br />shorter branches are intermingled to give a natural appearance. <br />d. Branches should exceed all antennas by a minimum of 12 inches. <br />e. Branches should start at 15 feet above the ground. <br /> <br />Exhibit A <br />Resolution No. 2007-38 <br />Page 4 of 8 <br />
