• Conditions for Approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 2007-10 <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2007-10 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform <br />Building Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below rip or to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may <br />result in the revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. The applicant must comply with all conditions and requirements of the <br />Development Review Committee for the development project (DP No. <br />2006-66). <br />2. Any amendment to this conditional use permit must be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for review. At that time, staff will determine if <br />• administrative relief is available or the conditional use permit must be <br />amended. <br />3. The proposed wireless facility designed as a church tower shall be <br />constructed as per approved plans and the existing landscaping shall be <br />protected in place during the construction period on and around the <br />proposed 60-foot facility. <br />4. The proposed church tower shall be approved with the following <br />requirements: <br />a) The new antennas shall be camouflaged within the proposed church <br />tower and all cables and other equipment shall be screened from <br />public view. <br />b) Construct a new wall and partial roof to match the existing church <br />building to screen equipment cabinets or locate the equipment <br />cabinets inside the proposed church tower. <br />c) The church tower structure shall be completely enclosed from the <br />base to the top of the structure and designed to match the existing <br />architecture of St. Barbara Church. <br /> <br />Exhibit A <br />Resolution No. 2007-25 <br />Page 4 of 7 <br />
