In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />proposed project is exempt from further review pursuant to Section <br />15301. This Class 1 exemption allows additions to existing structures <br />that do not exceed 10,000 square feet. Categorical Exemption <br />Environmental Review No. 07-36 will be filed for this project. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission hereby approves Neighborhood <br />Project Review No. 2005-02.
