Conditions for Approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 2001-13 <br />The amendment to Conditional Use Permit No. 2001-13 is approved subject to <br />compliance, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable <br />sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the <br />Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below rior to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may <br />result in the revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. The applicant must comply with all conditions and requirements of the <br />Development Review Committee for the development project (DP No. <br />2006-27). <br />2. Any amendment to this conditional use permit must be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for review. At that time, staff will determine if <br />administrative relief is available or the conditional use permit must be <br />• amended. <br />3. The proposed monopine shall be constructed as per approved plans and <br />the existing landscaping shall be protected in place during the construction <br />period for the 60-foot monopine facility. <br />4. Two existing Canary Island Pine trees (Pinus canariensis) shall be <br />relocated north of the leased area and be guaranteed to grow for a period <br />of one year. Replacement of a tree equal in size would be required if one or <br />both of the trees should die within the replacement period. In addition, <br />matching shrubs and Boston Ivy vines shall be planted per the landscape <br />plan. <br />5. The proposed monopine shall be constructed per the following <br />specifications: <br />a. The monopine should have 3.1 branches per foot for full density <br />coverage with limited spacing between the branches; 70 percent of <br />the branches should be eight feet or longer. <br />b.
