The art plan is in compliance with the provisions of Specific Development <br />No. 59 (SD-59) zoning district <br />F. In accordance with the Guidelines for the California Environmental Quality <br />Act, the proposed art and plaza plans has been determined to have no <br />significant impact to Environmental Impact Report 2004-01 that was <br />certified. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br />approves the art plan.
