("Consultant'), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California <br /> ("City"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. The City entered into the Consultant Agreement Incorporating Community <br /> Development Block Orant Requirements ("Agreement') dated September 8, 2009 for <br /> Consultant to provide labor monitoring services for the City. <br /> B_ The parties desire to amend and extend the Term of the Agreement. <br /> WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained <br /> and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties <br /> hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. Section 3, the "Term" of said Agreement is hereby amended to extend the Agreement through June <br /> 30, 2011. <br /> 2.
