RESOLUTION NO. 2006-020 <br />• <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE PLAN <br />REVIEW NO. 2006-03 AS CONDITIONED FOR THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1718 WEST SIXTH STREET <br />WHICH IS WITHIN SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT NO. 61 (SD- <br />61) <br />KO -6/30/06 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, <br />determines and declares as follows: <br />A. The Applicant is requesting site plan approval to allow the installation of a <br />new parking lot at the existing St. Francis Home at 1718 West Sixth Street <br />which is located within Specific Development No. 61 (SD-61). <br />B. Section 41-593.5(c) of the Santa Ana Municipal Code requires a review by <br />the Planning Commission of all plans within a specific development plan <br />• area to ensure the project is in conformity with the Specific Plan. <br />C. Site Plan Review No. 2006-03 came before the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Santa Ana on July 10, 2006. <br />D. The project is in compliance with all applicable development standards <br />outlined within the Specific Development Plan (SD-61). <br />E. This project was reviewed in accordance with the Guidelines for the <br />California Environmental Quality Act. The recommendation is exempt <br />from further review pursuant to Section 15332. This Class 32 exemption <br />allows the permitting of in-fill development projects. Categorical <br />Exemption Environmental Review No. 2005-156 will be filed for this <br />project. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br />approves Site Pian Review No. 2006-03 conditioned in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein. This decision is based upon the evidence submitted at the <br />abovesaid hearing, which includes but is not limited to: the Request for Planning <br />Commission Action dated July 10, 2006 and exhibits attached thereto; and the public <br />testimony, all of which are incorporated herein by this reference. <br />• <br />Resolution No. 2006-020 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
