G. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />proposed project is exempt from further review per section <br />15301(e)(1). The class 1 exemption allows addition not to exceed <br />2,500 square feet in area. Categorical Exemption Environmental <br />Review No. 06-97 will be filed for this project. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission hereby approves Neighborhood <br />Project Review No. 2006-05.
