RESOLUTION NO.2006-09 <br />~~, <br />KO -6/8/06 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE PLAN <br />REVIEW NO. 2006-02 AS CONDITIONED FOR THE <br />GROUND LEVEL DESIGN OF THE ONE BROADWAY <br />PLAZA OFFICE TOWER WHICH IS WITHIN SPECIFIC <br />DEVELOPMENT NO. 75 (SD-75) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, <br />determines and declares as follows: <br />A. The Applicant is requesting approval of the ground level design of the One <br />Broadway plaza office tower which is within Specific Development No. 75 <br />(SD-75) zoning district. <br />B. Section 41-593.5(c) of the Santa Ana Municipal Code requires a review by <br />the Planning Commission of all plans within a specific development plan <br />area to ensure the project is in conformity with the Specific Plan. <br />C. Site Plan Review No. 2006-02 came before the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Santa Ana on April 24, 2006. <br />D. The project is in compliance with all applicable development standards <br />outlined within the Specific Development Plan (SD-75). <br />E. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />project has been determined to be adequately evaluated in previously <br />prepared Environmental Impact Report No. 1999-01. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br />approves the ground level of the One Broadway plaza office tower (Site Plan Review No. <br />2006-02) as conditioned in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein. The <br />Planning Commission site plan approval is limited to the ground level of the One <br />Broadway plaza office tower, and does not include any other portions of the project <br />such as the landscaping, the plazas or the treatment of the intersection of 10t" and <br />Sycamore. <br />ADOPTED this 24th day of April, 2006 by the following vote: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2006-09 <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
