Conditions for Aaaroval for Site Plan Review No. 2006-02 <br />• Site Plan Review No. 2006-02 is approved subject to compliance, to the <br />reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire <br />Code, the Uniform Building Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below prior <br />to exercising the rights conferred by this site plan review. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below <br />throughout the life of the site plan review. Failure to comply with each and every <br />condition may result in the revocation of the site plan review. <br />A. Planning Division <br />The project shall remain in compliance with Site Plan Review No. <br />2006-02. <br />2. The project shall incorporate atwo-story, recessed circular building <br />lobby. The walls shall consist of clear tempered glass to allow <br />visibility into the lobby. <br />3. An entry canopy shall be provided over each building entry. The <br />canopies shall consist of prefinished metal with clear laminate glass <br />on the front edge of each canopy. The canopies shall be a <br />minimum dimension of 22 feet in width by 20 feet in length. <br />4. The ground level building design shall include architecturally <br />enhanced building columns. The columns shall be approximately <br />three feet by three feet in size and shall be finished with prefinished <br />metal to match the entry canopies. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />• <br />Resolution No. 2006-09 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
