NELSON, Executive Director of <br />Community Redevelopment Agency <br />MARIA D. HUIZAR, Clerk of the Council <br />*Mayor Pulido, Mayor Pro Tern Alvarez, and Councilmember Martinez came to the <br />meeting, but before the meeting was called to order excused themselves due to conflict <br />of interests. Mayor Pro Tem Alvarez noted a conflict of interest due to the nature of her <br />employment with the District Attorney's Office and Mayor Pulido and Councilmember <br />Martinez abstained due to campaign contributions.
