RESOLUTION NO. 2005-77 <br />• <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE PLAN <br />REVIEW NO. 2005-06 AS CONDITIONED FOR THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 301 MAIN PLACE DRIVE <br />WHICH IS WITHIN SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT NO. 65 (SD- <br />65) <br />KO -11 /22/05 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, <br />determines and declares as follows: <br />A. The Applicant is requesting approval to install a new 82-foot high Delta III <br />rocket within the Specific Development No.65 (SD-65) zoning district at <br />301 Main Place Drive. <br />B. Section 41-593.5(c) of the Santa Ana Municipal Code requires a review by <br />the Planning Commission of all plans within a specific development plan <br />area to ensure the project is in conformity with the Specific Plan. <br />C. Site Plan Review No. 2005-06 came before the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Santa Ana on November 28, 2005. <br />D. The project is in compliance with all applicable development standards <br />outlined within the Specific Development Plan (SD-65). <br />E. This project was reviewed in accordance with the Guidelines for the <br />California Environmental Quality Act. The recommendation is to exempt <br />the project from further review pursuant to Section 15332. This Class 32 <br />exemption allows the permitting of in-fill development projects. <br />Categorical Exemption Environmental Review No. 2005-126 will be filed <br />for this project. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br />approves Site Plan Review No. 2005-06 as conditioned in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein. <br />ADOPTED this 28th day of November, 2005 by the following vote: <br />• <br />Resolution No. 2005-77 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
