Conditions for Approval for Site Plan Review No. 2005-01 <br />Site Plan Review No. 2005-01 is approved subject to compliance, to the <br />reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Commission, with all applicable sections of <br />the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform <br />Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below prior <br />to exercising the rights conferred by this site plan review. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below <br />throughout the life of the Site Plan Review. Failure to comply with each and every <br />condition may result in the revocation of the site plan review. <br />A. Planning Division <br />The project shall remain in compliance with Development Project <br />No. 2003-66 and Site Plan Review No. 2005-01. <br />2. Any amendment to this site plan must be submitted to the Planning <br />Division for review. At that time, staff will determine if <br />administrative relief is available or the conditional use permit must <br />be amended. <br />• After ro'ect occu anc landsca in is to be maintained to include <br />3 p J p Y, p g <br />the minimum level of plant materials installed at the time of <br />occupancy. <br />4. Public payphones, if provided, may only be located within buildings or <br />in the interior of the site. <br />5. Prior to issuance of building permits for the dino dig exhibit, all <br />outstanding conditions from Public Works Agency and Police <br />Department need to be complied with. <br />6. Prior to issuance of building permits for the dino dig exhibit, the <br />Discovery Science Center must execute a license agreement with the <br />Santa Ana Redevelopment Agency for the use of the north parcel as <br />the location of the new surface parking lot. <br />7. Prior to issuance of building permits for the dino dig exhibit, the <br />Discovery Science Center must submit final construction plans and <br />landscape plans for the surface parking lot for review and approval by <br />the Planning Manager. <br />1 <br />Exhibit "A" <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
