RESOLUTION NO. 2005-25 <br />KO -08/26/05 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE PLAN <br />REVIEW NO. 2005-02 AS CONDITIONED FOR THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1450 AUTO MALL DRIVE <br />WITHIN SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT NO. 60 (SD-60) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, <br />determines and declares as follows: <br />A. The Applicant is requesting approval to construct a 2,700 square foot <br />addition to their existing showroom located at 1450 Auto Mall Drive. <br />B. Section 41-593.5(c) of the Santa Ana Municipal Code requires a review by <br />the Planning Commission of all plans within a specific development plan <br />area to ensure the project is in conformity with the Specific Plan. <br />. C. Site Plan Review No. 2005-02 came before the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Santa Ana on August 22, 2005. <br />D. The project is in compliance with all applicable development standards and <br />the provisions outlined within the Specific Development Plan (SD-60). <br />E. This project was reviewed in accordance with the guidelines for the <br />California Environmental Quality Act. The recommendation is exempt <br />from further review pursuant to Section 15301. This Class 1 exemption <br />allows additions to existing structures up to 10,000 square feet provided <br />the project is in an area where all public services and facilities are <br />available for maximum development permissible in the General Plan and <br />provided the project is not located in an environmentally sensitive area. <br />Categorical Exemption Environmental Review No. 2005-29 will be filed for <br />this project. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br />approves Site Plan Review No. 2005-02 as conditioned in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein. <br />ADOPTED this 22"d day of August, 2005 by the following vote: <br />• <br />Resolution No. 2005-25 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
