<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ARTICLE XXVI <br /> <br /> 26.0 EMERGENCY WAIVER PROVISION <br /> <br /> <br /> 26.1 In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the City, such as acts of God, fire, <br /> flood, insurrection, civil disorder, national emergency, or similar circumstances, <br /> provisions of this Agreement or the Personnel Rules or Resolutions of the City, which <br /> restrict the City's ability to respond to these emergencies, shall be suspended for the <br /> duration of such emergency. After the emergency is declared over, this Agreement will <br /> be reinstated immediately.
