INSURANCE ON PILF A- 2010 -193 <br />WORK MAY PRCCEE[ <br />UNT L JNSUPA, -,F F;: P, ; <br />CLERK OF CO <br />DATE THIRD AMENDMENT TO MATERIAL TESTING AND <br />OCT 2 2 2Q,j; CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION AGREEMENT <br />THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into this 4`h day of October, <br />2010, by and between United Inspection & Testing, Inc., a California corporation ( "Consultant ") <br />and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California <br />("City"). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into Consultant Agreement A- 2008 -012 dated January 7, 2008, <br />(hereinafter "said Agreement ") by which Consultant has provided material testing and <br />construction inspection services. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to add <br />compensation to provide uninterrupted services for Projects currently being constructed by <br />the City. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to <br />all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Amendment to <br />Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation by $100,000, to <br />provide a total of $536,338 to pay for services during the term of this Agreement. <br />2. All other terms and conditions as set forth in the original Agreement shall remain in full force <br />and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Third Amendment to Agreement <br />on the date and year first written above. <br />ATTEST: <br />Maria D.
