• Conditions for Approval for Conditional Use Permit No 2003-14 <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2003-14 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building <br />Code, and all other applicable regulations. In addition, it shall meet the following <br />conditions of approval: <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below prior to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may <br />result in the revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. All proposed site improvements, including all landscaping, must conform to <br />the Site Plan Review approval of DP No. 03-10. <br />2. Applicant shall submit to an annual review of the conditional use permit by <br />the Planning Commission, for a period of two years, to determine <br />compliance with the conditions of approval. If the Planning Commission <br />• determines the applicant is not in compliance with any condition of the <br />conditional use permit, the Planning Commission may amend the <br />conditions, or initiate proceedings to revoke the conditional use permit. <br />3. Signage advertising the sale and/or auctioning of vehicles is prohibited. <br />4 . The use of bullhorns or other types of voice amplification are prohibited on <br />the premises. <br />5. The auctioning of vehicles may only be conducted at the rear of the site or <br />within an enclosed building or at the rear of the site within the enclosed <br />area. (Modified by the Planning Commission on July 28, 2003.) <br />6. The perimeter block wall must be constructed of a decorative block <br />material. <br />7. Building plans for the proposed project shall reflect the construction of a <br />water quality inlet for the entire site to prevent the discharge of pollutants <br />and chemicals into the storm drain system. <br />8. Prior to the issuance of grading or building permits, submit for review and <br />approval a surface drainage/grading/erosion control plan by a registered <br />• Civil Engineer showing the direction and means of flow to the water quality <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
