. EXHIBIT A <br />Conditions for Apuroval for Conditional Use Permit No 2003-07 <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2003-07 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform <br />Building Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below rip or to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may <br />result in the revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. Any amendment to this conditional use permit must be submitted to the <br />Planning Division and Police Department for review. <br />• 2. The counseling facility shall be utilized exclusively for youth and adult <br />outpatient alcohol and drug counseling and treatment services. The facility <br />shall not allow patients to be admitted for overnight stays. <br />3. There shall be no counseling or assembly activity before 7:00 a.m. or after <br />10:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. <br />4. All counseling assembly, fund raising or business activity shall be <br />conducted within the enclosed building(s). <br />5. A landscaped area of not less than seven feet wide, including the <br />thickness of the raised curb, shall be maintained along the northern <br />property line abutting residential uses. <br />6. Interior parking lot landscaping shall be provided at a rate of one planter for <br />each 10 parking spaces. Landscape planter areas shall be provided with <br />plant material per the commercial area landscape standards. The minimum <br />dimensions of each landscape planter shall be 8.5 feet in width by 18 feet in <br />length. <br />7. Exterior lighting must be in compliance with Police Department security <br />standards. <br />• <br />Resolution No. 2003-12 <br />
