• As conditioned and designed, the project on and off-site circulation <br />will not be impacted by the granting of shared parking between the <br />on-site uses of the property. <br />D. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />project has been determined to be adequately evaluated in previously <br />prepared Negative Declaration No. 99-179. <br />Section 2.
