<br />Conditions for Approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 2003-05 <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2003-05 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform <br />Building Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may <br />result in the revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below rip or to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. Comply with the conditions and requirements of DP N. 02-83 and the staff <br />report exhibits. <br />2. The use is limited to a church and ancillary parish buildings, with no school. <br />• <br />3. There shall be no more than 1,090 seats or occupancy of the church at any <br />time. <br />4. The parish will remove any graffiti occurring on the property within 48 hours. <br />Litter shall be removed from the property within three hours after any <br />assembly activity. <br />5. The use of the property is limited to a church and related parish buildings. <br />No thrift shops, food distribution programs nor rehabilitation programming <br />may occur out of the premises. <br />6. All new trees in the required front landscape setback abutting streets shall <br />be 24-inch box size or larger. <br />7. After project occupancy, landscaping is to be maintained to include the <br />minimum levels of plant materials installed at the time of occupancy. <br />8. The Diocese of Orange shall provide its best effort to secure a reciprocal <br />access easement out to First Street via the adjacent property to the north <br />from the northeast corner of the site. <br />u <br />9.
