Conditions for Approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 2004-13 <br />• <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2004-13 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform <br />Building Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below rip or to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may <br />result in the revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. The project shalt remain in compliance with Site Plan Review DP No. 03- <br />55. <br />2. The conditional use permit is void if Variance No. 2004-06 is denied. <br />• <br />B. Police Department <br />1. Storefront windows must be of full-length type. The vertical plane of the <br />glazing should extend from the top of the floor or bulkhead to the top of <br />the finished ceiling height. Bulkheads, if provided, shall be a maximum of <br />one foot in height above the finished floor level. The horizontal plane <br />should extend completely across the storefront except where shear panels <br />are required by the building code. <br />2. Window glazing material must be approved by the Planning Division and <br />the Police Department for color and tint. Tint must not exceed ten <br />percent. Reflective glass will not be permitted. <br />3. Interior lighting must be approved by the Police Department. The <br />minimum level shall be one footcandle as per Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br />• <br />4. All service counters, seating areas, service sinks and coin-operated <br />dispenser machines must not create an obstructed view of the entire <br />interior assembly space. No displays, posters or other obstructive <br />material shall be installed on or near the storefront windows. <br />5. No public telephones shall be located within the laundromat. <br />6. No electronic video games, billiard games or other gaming devices shall <br />be allowed within the laundromat. No laundromat use may be initiated <br />Exhibit A <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
