• RESOLUTION NO. 2004-35 <br />KO - 9/29/04 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE PLAN <br />REVIEW NO. 2004-04 AS CONDITIONED FOR THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 8 FIRST AMERICAN WAY <br />WHICH IS WITHIN SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT NO. 43 (SD- <br />43) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, <br />determines and declares as follows: <br />A. The Applicant is requesting approval to construct atwo-level, 781 space <br />parking structure at 8 First American Way. The zoning designation for the <br />subject property is Specific Development Plan No. 43 (SD-43). <br />B. Section 41-593.5(c) of the Santa Ana Municipal Code requires a review by <br />the Planning Commission of all plans within a specific development plan <br />area to ensure the project is in conformity with the Specific Plan. <br />C. Site Plan Review No. 2004-04 came before the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Santa Ana on September 27, 2004. <br />D. The project is in compliance with all applicable development standards <br />outlined within the Specific Development Plan (SD-43). <br />E. The project has been determined to be in compliance with applicable <br />parking, landscaping and architectural provisions governing the project. <br />F. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />project has been determined to be adequately evaluated in previously <br />prepared Environmental Impact Report Environmental Review No. 87-01 <br />as such no further action is required. <br />Section 2. The Planning Gommission of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br />approves Site Plan Review No. 2004-04 as conditioned in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2004-35- <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
