• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-34 <br />KO - 9/29/04 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING <br />NEIGHBORHOOD PROJECT REVIEW NO. 2004-09 <br />TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW <br />TWO-CAR GARAGE LOCATED AT 612 WEST <br />CAMILE STREET LOCATED IN THE SPECIFIC <br />DEVELOPMENT 40 ZONE (SD-40) (HENINGER <br />PARK) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br />finds, determines and declares as follows: <br />A. The Property Owner is requesting approval of Neighborhood <br />Project Review No. 2004-09 to permit the construction of a new <br />two-car garage located at 612 West Camile Street, which is located <br />within the Specific Development 40 Zone (SD-40) (Heninger Park). <br />1. The detached garage will be designed to reflect the existing <br />architectural style of the residence. <br />2. Wood garage doors with wood trim, a roof pitch and roof <br />material that is consistent with the existing residence are <br />proposed. <br />B. The Heninger Park Site Review Committee has reviewed the <br />proposed construction for conformance with these standards and <br />recommended minor additions to the plan. The applicant has <br />revised the plan to comply with the recommended changes. <br />C. Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 41-593.5(c) requires the <br />Planning Commission to review all plans within a Specific <br />Development Plan area to ensure that the project is in conformity <br />with the approved Specific Development. <br />D. The Planning Commission after considering all of the evidence <br />submitted, finds and determines that Neighborhood Project Review <br />No. 2004-09 project is consistent with the Heninger Park <br />• Resolution No. 2004-34 <br />Page 1 of~ <br />
