Conditions of Approval Neighborhood Proiect Review No 2003-03 <br />,r <br />Neighborhood Project Review No. 2003-03 is approved subject to compliance, to the <br />reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the <br />Uniform Building Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below rior to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this neighborhood project review. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. Prior to issuance of permits for the second single- <br />family residence, Tentative Parcel Map No. 2003-07 must <br />be approved and a new grant deed recorded to create two <br />legal building sites. <br />2. Any chimney for the residence must be constructed with <br />natural river rock, stone or brick masonry materials. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
