Settlement Agreements For <br />Bristol Street Corridor <br />November 15, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br />is under construction and is expected to be completed by December 2010. Public Works is <br />acquiring property for the second phase of the project, between Third Street and Civic Center <br />Drive, as well as the intersection of Bristol Street and Warner Avenue. <br />To accommodate the widening for the second phase, acquisition of the entire properties located at <br />602, 622, 624 & 828 N Bristol is required (Exhibit 1). In addition, settlement agreements have <br />been reached with the tenants of properties at 315 N.
