Commissioner Lutz • Welcomed Commissioners Betancourt and Rodriguez • Commented on activity at Washington Square: graffiti increase at the southwest corner of Olive and 15th Street, suggested Police and/or Public Works monitoring the neighborhood; individuals hitting Palm trees on 15th Street • Commented on unauthorized chain link fence on Memory Lane during street widening; City not abiding by ordinance to prohibit chain link fence. • Requested update on structure located north of Palm Court, no activity in the past three months.
