AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 2005-03 AND TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP <br />NO. 2005-09 (COUNTY MAP N0.2002-144) <br />Filed by Tu Van Nguyen who is requesting an amendment application to change <br />the zoning designation from Community Commercial (C1) to Single Family <br />Residential (R1) and a tentative parcel map to subdivide the property into two <br />parcels at 606 South Euclid Street. <br />1 <br />PUBLISHED IN THE ORANGE COUNTY REPORTER: August 12, 2005 <br />PUBLICLY NOTICED: August 12, 2005 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Recommend that the City Council: <br />1.
