Senior Planner Vince Fregoso presented the staff report and highlighted the <br />revisions from April 25, 2005 public hearing. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Applicant, Michael Harrah indicated agreement with deletion of Police Condition <br />No. 24. <br />Eastside Neighborhood representative, Mary Bloom-Ramos voiced concern with <br />potential noise and traffic mitigations extending from the special events. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />MOTION: <br />Recommend that City Council: <br />1. Adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2005- <br />02. <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving amendment to Conditional Use Permit No. <br />2003-37 as conditioned. <br />3. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2005-19 as <br />conditioned with clarification on hours of operation: Monday through <br />Thursday opened until 10:00 p.m. and on Friday, Saturday and Sunday <br />extended hours to 2:00 a.m. <br />4.
