Applicant Randal Kimoto stated that the train was removed and will not be used <br />inside the building. He indicated that the hours of operation are in compliance <br />with the ordinance. Mr. Kimoto indicated he reviewed and concurred with the <br />staff report. <br />Commissioner De La Torre recommended repaving the parking lot and to include <br />slurry and seal.
