Chief Assistant City Attorney, Kaufman commented on density bonus issues <br />(affordable sales, covenant period, enforcement). <br />Commission discussion ensued regarding the increased density, the lack of <br />amenities, and the use of public parking structures to provide parking. <br />Commission supported review of changes with a conditional use permit and <br />commented on their desire to ensure that the City did not repeat prior experience <br />with poorly-designed high-density projects. <br />F.
