OVERVIEW OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST AND BROWN ACT <br />Ben Kaufman presented a power point presentation on the Conflict of Interest laws and <br />the Brown Act. Topics of discussion included violations and penalties of the laws as well <br />as the implications of meeting with the applicants. <br />E. OVERVIEW OF LIMITATIONS ON DEDICATIONS, EXACTIONS AND <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />Mr. Kaufman distributed a handout to the Commissioners.
