Adopt an ordinance approving Development Agreement No. 2004-02. <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving the amendment to Conditional Use Permit No. 2002-16 <br />Vince Fregoso, Senior Planner, presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />Chairman Mondo opened the public hearing. <br />Discussion ensued on the plans for an architectural design competition, the wording <br />within the development agreement for the future site plan review by the Commission and <br />landscape program. <br />Joe Novoa, Diocese of Orange Director of Construction Management, noted it was their <br />intent to landscape the perimeter. <br />Chairman Mondo closed the public hearing. <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council: <br />1. Adopt an ordinance approving Development Agreement No. 2004-02. <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving the amendment to Conditional Use Permif No. <br />2002-16. <br />3.
