Adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment No. 2004-03. <br />Rally Soboleske, Assistant Planner, presented the staff report and <br />recommendation. <br />Commissioner Lutz inquired if there would be any effect on the helicopter pad for <br />the Caribou project. Staff indicated that the One Broadway project was outside <br />the noise contour area. Planning Manager Trevino stated that the One Broadway <br />project did not propose a helipad. <br />Commissioner Leo inquired about Exhibit 2A (noise contour map); staff indicated <br />the map affected the southeast portion of the area that was close to the John <br />Wayne Airport. <br />Commissioner Cribb inquired if the noise contour map included MacArthur Place <br />and Hutton Center; staff verified they are not included in the map. <br />Chairman Mondo opened the public hearing. <br />Planning Commission Minutes 4 June 14, 2004 <br />
