CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2004-11 (Verny Carvajal) <br />Filed by Goodwill Industries of Orange County to allow a thrift store use within an existing <br />shopping center in the C2 (General Commercial) zoning district at 2118 South Bristol Street. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2004-11 as conditioned. <br />Verny Carvajal, Associate Planner, presented the staff report and addressed the <br />Commission questions. <br />Commission discussion ensued relative to the zoning designation; business being a <br />retail/collection site, business name, and landscape/maintenance issues. <br />Chairman Mondo opened the public hearing. <br />Mike Easton, representing the applicant, spoke in favor of the project. <br />Chairman Mondo closed the public hearing. <br />Motion to <br />1.
