DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT NO. 1995-3 (Marvin Ellenbecker) <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to approve the NEPA/CEQA Environmental Document for the <br />Alton Avenue Widening and SR55 Over-crossing. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Receive and file the public comments for Draft Environmental Impact Report/Environmental <br />Assessment No. 95-03. <br />David Biondolillo, Senior Transportation Analyst gave the staff report and recommendation. <br />Commission discussion ensued. <br />Chairman Mondo opened the public hearing. <br />James B.
