SAP D C3) - - <br />En r` I Q0 of AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION OF <br />F- sQor-'ZG POINT OF DISPENSING SITE EQUIPMENT SERVICES <br />BETWEEN o <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />AND <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />JULY 1, 2010 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2015 <br />THIS AGREEMENT entered into this 1st day of July, 2010, which date is enumerated for purposes <br />of reference only, is by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE (COUNTY) and <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, a California local government agency (CONTRACTOR). This Agreement <br />shall be administered by the County of Orange Health Care Agency (ADMINISTRATOR). <br />WITNE S SETH: <br />WHEREAS, COUNTY wishes to contract with CONTRACTOR for the provision of <br />Point of Dispensing Site Equipment Services described herein to the residents of Orange County; and <br />WHEREAS, CONTRACTOR is agreeable to the rendering of such services on the terms and <br />conditions hereinafter set forth: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br />
