APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve the minutes: <br />Regular meeting of December 8, 2003. <br />B. RECORDING SECRETARY REPORT <br />Pursuant to the Brown Act and the Maddy Act, the December 8, 2003 Agenda for the <br />Regular Meeting was posted on the door of the City Hall Council Chambers at 22 Civic <br />Center Plaza on December 19, 2003 at 1:30 p.m. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter posting into the minutes. <br />C. NEIGHBORHOOD PROJECT REVIEW NO.2003-01 (Pedro Guillen) <br />Filed by City of Santa Ana Community Development Agency to permit construction of two <br />single-family residencesd at 325 West Pine Street in the Specific Development No. 40 <br />zoning district (Heninger Park). <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Adopt a resolution approving Neighborhood Project Review No. 2003-01 as conditioned. <br />Planning Commission Minutes 1 December 22, 2003 <br />
