Requested an update on the Starbuck's at Bristol and Memory Lane. Mr. Fregoso <br />noted he met with Red Mountain Retail Group who submitted revised plans and <br />anticipates it will come back to the Commission for review on November 24. <br />Requested an update on the One Broadway Plaza project. Mr. Fregoso noted staff <br />has not yet received revised plans from the applicant and will mostly likely come <br />back to the Commission in January. <br />Vice Chair Cribb <br />• Requested that staff encourage Red Mountain Group to retain as much of the <br />original architecture as possible, notably the stone, for the Starbuck's at Bristol & <br />Memory Lane. <br />7.
