• Noted that the landscaping is dead and that cars are being worked on the <br />parking lot of the Kragen Auto Parts Store located at 17' and Greenleaf <br />and requested that staff investigate. <br /> <br />Commissioner Leo <br />• Requested overview of advance comments regarding the proposed One <br />Broadway Plaza project if available. <br />• Asked if a Target Store was still scheduled to go in at the old Montgomery <br />Ward site and was advised that they are in site plan review. <br />• Requested an update on the widening at Bristol and First Streets due to <br />the Centerline project and was advised that Public Works is acquiring <br />parcels. <br />• Suggested that an entertainment component be included in the project <br />across the street from Main Place. <br />• Commented on O'Neil's Moving Company use of trucks for advertising. <br />• Noted that he had heard that the Army Corps of Engineers is considering <br />buying the Riverview golf course and requested that staff investigate. <br />Chairman Nalle <br />• Noted that O'Neil Moving & Storage was occupying a building that <br />otherwise would be vacant. <br />6.
