Approve and adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring <br />Program, Environmental Review No. 2003-081. <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2003-14 as <br />conditioned. <br />Vince Fregoso, Senior Planner, provided the staff report grid recommendation. He <br />noted that staff was recommending a change to Condition No. 5 to allow outdoor <br />auction sales. <br />Vice Chairman Cribb opened the public hearing. <br />No written communications were received and there were no speakers on the matter. <br />Vice Chairman Cribb closed the public hearing. <br />Discussion held regarding neighborhood contact and scheduled reviews of the permit. <br />Motion to: <br />1.
